GLOBAL DESIGN PROJECT #GDP340

Welcome, thank you for stopping by. I am delighted to show you this weeks blog. This week I joined the Global Design Project in their 340th Case The Designer. Be sure to jump on over to the GDP blog and check out the amazing creations using this sketch or feel free to create your own & join in!

I chose to use the new 'Hues OF Happiness' Designer Series Paper that will be available to my customers May 3rd 2022. The bright colours remind me of a rainbow so combing some of the new ink colours and the current colours i created a rainbow look to my fernery.

In keeping with the designers look I used a rectangle of white to border my fernery yet adding another layer for the square may have been a bit much so by using the Stitched With Whimsy square it gave it the square aspect, a little extra texture but not overkill.

The bright colours are just so wonderful and I am so excited to see all these bright colours coming in the new catalogue, if you would like to receive the new catalogue please contact me via the links on the home page and I would be happy to organise one for you!
