Hello everyone! Welcome to another Inspirations In Ink Blog Hop!
It's with a heavy heart i said goodbye to my father-in-law this week, many grieve in different ways. I seem to have found some inspiration at my craft desk. He was a soft hearted man and was content with the simple things in life. All he needed was family and God! So todays card is thanks to him and the love he showed his family, myself included.

This card will be saved for my mother-in-law after she has grieved. She brings such joy to my life and this card just suits her down to a tee! She loves nature especially florals. She always has colourful clothes, teal and purple being her favourite. She was an amazing Wife & is an excellent Mother-in-law.

The best way to show off a feature is to keep the background simple. White base and subtle embossing is enough to make a card pop! I do love this card!

Don't forget to hop along and see all the amazing cards created by all the other amazing demonstrators. We also created a tutorial for you to enjoy so click below and you will be able to purchase and create cards just like the ones you have seen in this hop!

Welcome to the our monthly Blog Hop by Let’s Craft Together and thank you for joining us. We are a group of multi-cultural Stampin’ Up!® demonstrators in Australia who have developed a strong friendship though our love of stamping and our admiration of each other’s style of crafting. I am really excited to have been invited to join such a talented group. I know you will be inspired by our hops.

Each month one of us sets a challenge that we use for the months blog hop. This month’s challenge is a DSP theme as shown below.

All of us tend to overdo it with the paper each time we order! And when you can get 72 card fronts from just one pack of paper WOW that's a lot of left overs! I decided to create a scene with just DSP!

Dies are the key here, and our wonderful dimensionals help too! I used the different sets of dies to get the look i wanted. Border dies for the hills and circle dies for the sun and i even used the deckled circles to create a rainbow!

I really enjoyed this months challenge and cannot wait to see what everyone else has created, so be sure to hop along and check out all of the Talent we have here in Australia!

If you would like to purchase anything I have used in this months blog please see list below.
